These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of pc-cleanners-us.top, a website published by PC-Cleanners-Us LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 1201 N Orange Street, Suite 7160, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States ("we", "us"). By accessing the site you accept these Terms.

1. What this website offers

PC-Cleanners-Us publishes free educational content about Windows maintenance, including a cleanup command that uses only tools built into Windows, and an optional paid service: a remote PC cleanup session performed by our technician ($59 flat per session). The website itself requires no download and installs nothing on your computer.

2. The cleanup command

The command presented on the site invokes standard Windows utilities. It is provided as-is for convenience. You run it voluntarily, on your own machine, and you are encouraged to review what it does before executing it. We are not responsible for how the command interacts with any non-standard modifications, third-party tools, or unusual system configurations on your computer.

3. The remote cleanup service

Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. Sessions are scheduled by phone or email. The session is conducted remotely with your participation; you may end it at any moment. The price is stated on the booking page before you submit the form, and payment is collected only after the session is completed.

4. Educational content

Our guide describes general maintenance steps for Windows 10 and 11. It is not individual technical support — we cannot see your specific machine. Follow any instruction, including the command, at your own discretion, and keep backups of important files before making system changes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site, resell its content commercially, or republish full articles without written permission. Short quotations with a link are welcome. Automated access requires our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The text, illustrations and design of this site are owned by PC-Cleanners-Us LLC. The Windows name and related marks belong to Microsoft Corporation; this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including Delaware law, our total liability for any claim arising from this site or its services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and the site at any time; the current version is always this page. You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend access that abuses the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
