Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
PC-Cleanners-Us LLC ("we", "us") built this site to be usable without giving up your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what little data exists and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Booking form data — the name and phone number you type into the master booking form, used for one purpose only: calling you back to schedule the session.
- Technical logs — standard web server records (IP address, browser version, timestamps) kept for security and uptime for up to 30 days.
- Nothing else. The site has no accounts, no logins, no payment forms, and no tracking pixels.
2. What we never touch
We do not read your documents, do not upload files from your computer, do not sell data, and do not follow you across other websites. The cleanup command runs on your machine using Windows' own tools; its results are not transmitted to us.
3. Legal bases
Under the GDPR and the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, we process the booking form data to perform the service you requested, and technical logs under legitimate interests in security. You may withdraw or object at any time.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. California residents will never be discriminated against for exercising their rights, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
5. Retention
Booking requests are kept for 90 days after the session (or after the request lapses) and then deleted. Technical logs expire after 30 days.
6. Children
The site is directed at adults managing their own computers and is not intended for children under 13.
